First impressions was wow, just what we were looking for. Zee the owner was brilliant. Answered everytime we asked a question. He had advised us to get a car but as we wanted a rest we didn't bother. He did the next best thing and loaned us his two seater electric scooter. Thank you Zee for that. Meant we could just pop round and shop local. Very hot while there, air con worked lovely. Used the washing machine twice. Cooked every day, all good there. Spa was great. I did like the colour scheme for bedding. Wi fi. Good. Mainly watched you tube. Lighting was very good. Different coloured lighting used. Brill.

Excellent contact from the property manager, the key handover was easy and the person who gave it was very friendly and gave us very good recommendations. The house is very nice, modern, with everything you need, even towels for the beach and the best, with wonderful views, the sunset looks beautiful. We were there in April and were able to enjoy the terrace and the pool every day. The property is very well located and a few minutes from the center of Kalkan, a city with a lot of life.

We stayed at the villa with a big family of 6 people and there were enough space for everybody. Each bedroom goes with it is own bathroom, kitchen is full with all necessary stuff. The infinity pool is clean and provides a stunning view😍 we wish we had more time here, definitely recommend and will come back again. Ahmed is really nice owner, gave us exact directions how to find the location and was really helpful. The villa has beautiful sea view and located at the top of the hill.

Infinity pool is too big. Villas has own beach and it is not crowded. There was only us. It was like we have own beach. Thank Bovilla we will come again.

Boasting garden views, Begonvil Bungalow Apart Demre 1 features accommodation with a balcony, around 3.4 km from Saint Nicholas Church. The apartment is absolutely amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. It's in a beautiful tranquil garden in the walking distance from the beach. This is the entire house with a bedroom downstairs, bedroom upstairs, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable living room, wide porch, nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. We loved it. Mustafa, the owner, is the most gracious host. He has a boat and took us on a 2 hour boat trip to the sunken city and the Islands, for a fraction of what other boat tours charge. He is also an expert diver and takes people to dive around sunken antique ruins. The whole town of Demere is an absolute gem that is likely not getting lots of tourists yet. But the whole town is full of amazing antique ruins on every corner.
