This place was just so wonderful, a family home with the host around the town, easy to contact and very helpful whenever we needed him. We hired the whole property, 2 apartments and had plenty of space for a group of 8 adults and 7 children. We loved the cosy balcony area over looking the garden. The host also was so helpful, easy to contact and keen to help us have the best time. We ended up hiring a car due to our group size and varied needs (89 year old grandfather and a 2 year old) so that we would have flexibility but the host offered us a private driven tour of top sights. The accomodation was an easy few minutes walk to a main street with shops and restaurants where we were able to buy food to eat back at the house, as well as souvenirs and have a nice meal out. This location was great for getting around, you would need a tour or hire car to get to Goreme and the other major areas but they were very close by and easy to get to. This area is perfect to save some money and still enjoy all that Cappadocia has to offer.

Communication before arrival was fast. The place was spotless clean, everything worked, what more can you ask for...?

Kayhan Cave Villa is a detached holiday home with a garden, set in Urgup in the Central Anatolia Region Region. The property features views of the city and is 700 metres from Nikolos Monastery. We had a 2.5 hours flight delay from Antalya to Cappadocia. Gizem waited for us to arrive and checked us in with a detailed explanation of the the amenities and how to go about anything needed in the villa. She is an excellent host. She provided all the information required, didn't have to get in touch with her again for anything.
