The house has an excellent location - it is facing West, it's on the side of a hill next to Bodrum, so you have a marvelous view of the bay and you get to see amazing sunsets. Everything was super clean, the rooms and the many bathrooms are of top notch quality. The air conditioning functioned very well. The swimming pool was beautiful, larger than expected, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our host was very friendly, punctual, proactive and helpful, had a lot of excellent suggestions for activities in the area, and went out of the way to help. As others have noted, you can definitely walk to the beach/restaurant area, in about 10 minutes. Downhill it's very easy, of course, but you'll get a workout on the way back, the hill is a bit steep. It's much easier with a car or taxi. I loved the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What wonderful place We stayed a week with two families (total of 8) in this lovely house, felt right at home and were sad to leave. This house was beyond what we expected! It’s no ordinary air bnb! The furnishing and fittings were all high quality. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are well equipped, there was really nothing that we missed. One of our highlights was the heated pool. Since we stayed in May the weather wasn’t super hot and traveling with young children this heated pool was a real game changer that made it possible for the kids to spend hours in the pool playing without freezing. What a joy! Thank you! It really felt like home right away because the settings of all areas in the house are well thought out, the sofa, garden furniture and the beds of high quality and very comfortable. The view speaks for itself! What a wonderful place! I hope we’ll come back in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the photos! It's right on top of the ocean, and the huge private patio with the hot tub was such a peaceful place to hang out and enjoy the view and the sound of the ocean. The kitchen and living room have massive windows with jaw-dropping 180 degree views. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed and there were really great restaurant options just a few minutes walking from the villa. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering staying here!

Spotless clean. It’s much nicer than the pictures. The beds are super comfortable. The swimming pool is stunning on a beautiful view of the sea. The host made us feel like it’s our home, there were lots of stuff in the fridge and drinks prepared for us. All kinds of coffee and tea. Filter coffee and Turkish coffee machines and kettle. The AC was perfect. It’s super luxurious place. The host offered us unlimited help, ordered food for us when we couldn’t do it from our phone.
