The accommodation was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked well. There was a private parking spot, and the owner was very friendly and easy to contact. We particularly appreciated the kitchen corner stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks, which made us feel welcomed upon arrival. Another highlight was the privacy we enjoyed in the garden. While grilling and relaxing in the bubble bath, we were completely unseen by the neighbors.

Excellent contact from the property manager, the key handover was easy and the person who gave it was very friendly and gave us very good recommendations. The house is very nice, modern, with everything you need, even towels for the beach and the best, with wonderful views, the sunset looks beautiful. We were there in April and were able to enjoy the terrace and the pool every day. The property is very well located and a few minutes from the center of Kalkan, a city with a lot of life.

We liked pretty much everything about it. The swimming pool is stunning, the Villa is very spacious and has everything for comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to cook all the meals. Each bedroom has a bathroom and it is super convenient. The AC system works perfectly. The stayed in the Villa during +43 weekend and we didn’t feel hot at all. We loved everything about this Villa. The owner is a very friendly and professional host. He was there to answer any of our questions during our stay. He helped us to get to Villa when our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong place. Everything was just perfect! It’s an amazing experience!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect getaway. The villa was a luxurious haven with an amazing swimming pool that became the centerpiece of our stay. Each of the three bedrooms boasted en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all of us. The spacious living room seamlessly blended into a well-equipped kitchen, making it a delight to cook and socialize in. But what truly took our breath away was the spectacular view of the sea—it was more than great; it was mesmerizing. Waking up to the sight of the tranquil waters from the comfort of our bedrooms was a daily pleasure. For relaxation, the villa offered a private sauna and jacuzzi, which were the epitome of indulgence. A nearby grocery shop and the option to order food directly to the villa added layers of ease to our stay. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the dedicated parking space. And I must mention, the swimming pool area with its stunning sea view was the perfect spot to unwind. In summary, this villa is a slice of paradise that we can’t wait to return to. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that rejuvenates the soul.

The apartment is absolutely amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. It's in a beautiful tranquil garden in the walking distance from the beach. This is the entire house with a bedroom downstairs, bedroom upstairs, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable living room, wide porch, nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. We loved it. Mustafa, the owner, is the most gracious host. He has a boat and took us on a 2 hour boat trip to the sunken city and the Islands, for a fraction of what other boat tours charge. He is also an expert diver and takes people to dive around sunken antique ruins. The whole town of Demere is an absolute gem that is likely not getting lots of tourists yet. But the whole town is full of amazing antique ruins on every corner.

Vi fik udleveret tlf. nr. så det var muligt at komme i kontakt med dem under opholdet. En rigtig flot Villa som har alt det som man skal bruge under sit ophold, samt en god pool som var ren. tæt på indkøbsmuligheder og gå afstand til stranden. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

Hotellet ligger i Belek, 3,1 km fra forlystelsesparken Land of Legends og 20 km fra amfiteatret Aspendos. Great value for the price. Host made everything easy. Will rebook for sure.
