The location was peaceful and quiet but very close to the beach and many good places to eat. 7/11 is only a short distance away. The host made arrangements for a scooter which was delivered and picked up from the guesthouse ( cheap and convenient) . It’s only a five minute ride to the centre of Ban Phe and the ferry to Kho Samet Island . Every time we came back to the accommodation it was like going home. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything is brand new. The host was happy and friendly and gave us many suggestions for things to do. We spent most evenings sitting out the back having dinner and looking out over the large pond . We recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful part of Thailand . Being as it’s just the single room off the main house you have the whole place to yourself.

Water pressure is great and it has everything you need for a long or short term stay. They prepared dinner for me and my 10 friends in the bar for a very reasonable price and took care of us very well. Highly recommend for any travellers.

The house is a really good size and all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is super as you can walk to the pier or the beach easily. One evening the power had failed on our return to the house and even though it was after 10pm, our host got an electrician out to fix the issue. What a great service! There is nothing bad I can say about this house to be very honest, we were sorry we had not booked it for an extra night.
