Very cosy house in lovely and quiet location. The host was very welcoming, the house very clean and well equipped, the beds super comfortable and the bathroom great. And it was great to have access to both CNN and the BBC on the TV.

Set in Enköping, in a historic building, 13 km from Gronsoo Palace, Smedjan cottage is a holiday home with a garden and barbecue facilities. Our stay at Smedjan was wonderful. We were warmly greeted by our hosts, Kerstin & Johan, who were honestly the best hosts we've ever encountered during our stays around the world. They provided us with tons of information about the area, including walking trails, the closest town with shops, and some history about where would we be staying. The cottage itself was amazing and had all the modern finishes one would expect, while still feeling cozy inside. It appeared recently renovated and came fully equipped with anything a traveller would need for a stay outside from the city (eg. spices, bags, kitchen appliances, etc.). Additionally, when one person in our group became ill during our stay, our hosts went out of their way to provide additional supplies and delay our check out time. We are forever grateful to them for their compassion and flexibility. We would not hesitate to stay with Kerstin & Johan again and look forward to the time when we can return!

Offering garden views, Old Wing is an accommodation set in Enköping, 22 km from Fridegård's Park and 29 km from Ekolsund castle. We felt very welcomed and almost like at home. Our kids loved the house and the surrounding, it's located in a beautiful countryside. The kitchen and rest of the house is very smartly equipped and comfortable.
