They were very responsive throughout our stay, providing us with many recommendations on things to do, places to visit, where to eat, as well as tips on beautiful secluded sites away from the tourist masses. The hosts have also been generous on borrowing their bikes to go around the island a couple times. The place is perfect for a simple countryside getaway in two. It’s located within walking distance various sites, restaurants, supermarket, boat station etc. It is very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The shower facility nearby is modern, Clean and easy to access. The island itself is a typical island in the Swedish archipelago, with various pine trees, berry bushes, moss, lichens, deers, lizards, marine birds etc. and the Islanders being good stewards for this.

There are a lot of lovely details, free drinks and sweets. The garden is wonderful. The city of Vaxholm is very close. You can use two bikes in order to discover all the nice places. We enjoyed the time.

Semesterhus i Stockholms skärgård, Runmarö. Is located in Nämdö and offers a garden and a terrace. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The location of Runmaro being so close to Stockholm but we were also so secluded surrounded by nature. The house was on a big plot of land which had views of the pier and also the ocean - 5 mins walk to swimmable areas. The house was very cosy with a bbq where we cooked most of our meals. We also rented bikes to get around the island which allowed us to explore the island more than we could on foot. You forget all about your city life and just enjoy the simple things when staying here. Would highly recommend. The host was also very good at replying to queries and requests. We accidentally left bike keys at the airbnb after checking out and the host was gracious enough to drop it off at the desired location. Felt right at home.

The kindness of the owner, the house was not big, but it had everything (kitchen, washing mashine, ...), the fridge generously filled with good quality breakfast items, we could use two bikes, we could darken the rooms at night, so we could sleep well, ... A perfect place for a peaceful vacation week! Also the location was marvellous, a few minutes walking from this beach/jetty, only known to locals, so very quiet and peaceful

Very friendly landlord. Well equipped appartment with a nice and interesting view on the harbor. The sun hits the terrace already in the morning. We were lucky with the weather, but the appartement is very cosy for a rainy day as well.
