The host greeted us in the morning, as we arrived late the evening before, and she was super nice and helpful. Location is more convenient for someone with a car. We didn't use public transport so we cannot give more info on that

Comfort, clean and home from home with owners who spoke excellent English. We really enjoyed our stay at Rasnov. You provided everything we could need including washing and dish washer tablets, - it is annoying when these aren't provided as they are expensive to buy when you only need to use a few. The chocolates and coffee capsules were also welcome. We enjoyed the Promenada restaurant (went there twice) - good food and good value with pleasant service.
