We arrived as guests and left as friends! Julia and Antonio could not have been kinder hosts. The apartment was immaculate, pristine clean, very comfortable and modern. The shower was super hot and powerful. Everything felt brand new. There was a lovely pool, garden, bbq facilities and washing machine. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing Braga and the local sites. We were on motorcycles and the ride to and from Carvalho was delightful.

I recommend to try porto wine which is amazing! The Villa is big, enough space for even group of ten. Great big kitchen with massive supplies, neverending wood for fireplace and pool for Hortex days. Perfect place to stay!

Very nice small apartment, well furnished and equipped, in a charming little village 10 Kms away from Bragança. Very easy to arrange it with the owner. Great value for money.

This was such a lovely place, exceptional quality in every respect—from beautiful renovation within traditional stone walls, to the aesthetic design and details of tile and wood, to the cozy warmth of the soft and comfortable bedding. The hosts were very kind people—who brought us delicious breakfast in a picnic basket each morning! We loved staying so close to Barcelos, but in this little slice of rural paradise. Highly recommended!

Set in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, 17 km from Longroiva Hot Springs and 42 km from São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casas da Barca offers air conditioning. Beautiful space in a really lovely part of town, great restaurant within walking distance and spectacular scenery once you left the house. Very clean and very good use of space. Well equipped and excellent service. We would definitely recommend for a short stay (small family).
