Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Herdade de Vale Maceiras is a holiday home set in a historic building in Santiago do Cacém, 22 km from Parque Natural do Sudoeste... We were greeted by the owner and given a tour of the property and allowed to use the pool, grill and kitchen. The room was expertly designed, very efficient and comfortable, and the front balcony was very comfortable with great views. Highly recommended!

Just amazing. Decor is fantastic. So many niceties were provided for our use like coffee, cocoa, kitchen gear, etc. Full kitchen, super nice dining table, views views views, private sun patio, gorgeous remodel - so well done. Great shower. I hadn't realized how big it was, but it actually can sleep 6 to 8 with ease. I had been down to that wharf 4 years back so I knew exactly what this was when I saw it. However, the property has had a dramatic facelift. So great. Outdoor BBQ and sink, 3 more dining tables on patio. Sun chaise loungers. Sweet plants. Just perfect.

Situated in Almograve and only 700 metres from Praia da Foz dos Ouriços, Casa Azul features accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Olympia was a great host, very friendly and accommodating, apartment was great. Great location.

It’s like a little villa build by fairies and surrounded by pure nature! For sure (with a capital S) that we’re coming back!

Located by the lake of the Santa Clara Dam, Poioruivo is a wooden bungalow that offers a private beach area and a terrace with panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Free WiFi is available. This place is absolutely amazing. We drove in there and did not expect to see such incredible views. It was breathtaking! The cabins are simple but great - very well equipped, cozy and comfortable. Our hosts were so lovely - nothing was too much trouble. In the main house we managed to BBQ which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the terrace was stunning with a 360 view of the lake. Lots to do there for kids like biking, boating and games. A very restful and peaceful stay.

A great quiet refuge, perfect for enjoying time as a family. The 2 Br unit was a perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast each day was huge and excellent. My kids loved greeting the farm animals each morning and we enjoyed the nearby hiking trails.
