It must have been newly renovated - everything seemed new. Very clean. The plastic wasn't even peeled from the front of the TV! Beach front! - beautiful views from the back deck. There is a small, well-kept public park right next door, so our view was more expensive than if there was a close neighbor. We took a walk on the beach. From the main bedroom and from the kitchen bar stools, you can see the ocean through the windows.. Aircon worked very well in the bedroom. No Aircon except in the bedrooms, but we didn't need it. The beach breezes were pleasant. Great owner - good instructions.

Tv, couch, double bed, bunk bed, small kitchen space, dining room table, internet, A/C… Host was wonderful and communicative, she lives in another apartment in same building. Text us back quickly and came down to help us when needed. Can’t wait to stay again! GREAT value for money.
