Everything is spotless, let alone that you are meters away from the amazing beach of Nacpan, where they have their own sunbeds. We've also had access to the pool and restaurant of their twin company, a few tens of meters away from us. Also, the stuff is great, especially the exceptional ladies from the reception that even helped us optimize the transfer to our next property, handling the whole process for us!

Private pool . And they help you with anything every morning. They bring breakfast and clean the pool. The place is calm and indescribable. Truly a wonderful stay! It was our first time in Manila so we were not sure with the price if it would live up to the pictures and review. It turned out better than we could have expected! The location is prime, about 20 minutes to the airport, near multiple malls and restaurants, as well as walking distance to nightlife! The room itself is quaint but for two people it was the perfect amount of space. It came with modern appliances and a clean space. We did not use the accommodations but the pool looked clean. Staff were very attentive and easy to contact. Typically got back to me within a few hours. Would recommend a stay here again!

It's notably spacious compared to typical studio/1-bedroom units in the metro. Strategically located near Landers, Mitsukoshi, and Uptown, yet surprisingly peaceful for a good night's sleep—with occasional street and establishment sounds. The unit offers a view of the Uptown Mall fountain and the pool area, providing a pleasant sight from the bed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.... an independent villa near Lio Beach. if you want privacy and tranquility this is the right place for you. the owners were super helpful and as soon as we arrived at the airport they organized transportation to reach the villa. Lugadia Villas is set in El Nido and has a private pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. The villa was large, spacious, and clean…clearly new and in top shape. Very tastefully furnished, and had all the expected amenities (high quality mattress, towels, plateware in the kitchen, etc). Air conditioners were quiet and powerful in the rooms. Also, the Starlink high speed internet was amazing. I have to conduct business over zoom calls often, so that access was essential for me to even have the ability to vacation in El Nido while still handling work obligations.
