Edgar and his partner were extremely responsive to any messages or requests we had. They made us feel at home immediately upon arriving with a welcome tour. It has absolutely everything you would need including the best amenities, peaceful location, and a beautiful outside area for socializing. Whether you’re with a partner, friend group, or family this is the perfect property. My friend group of 5 would recommend this property to everyone! We really enjoyed our few days stay there thanks to Edgar’s hospitality.

Set in San Juan, the recently renovated Private Townhouse (Serenia Homestay) offers accommodation 200 metres from San Juan Beach and 2.1 km from Taboc Beach. Since we were a group of friends (6 in all), having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was a good setup. Also being able to cook our own food was nice. We appreciated the complimentary water given. Spacious, secure place near the beach. Parking was available too.

Literal na beachfront talaga. Malinis ang room, even yung CR po. Actually malinis po kabuuan yung place nila :) Ang bait din po ng mga staff nila. We even requested lunch upon arrival po namin, and pinapili pa po kami ng gusto namin, sila na rin po ang nag prepare ng dinner namin. May free San Francisco (Halaman) pa kami kay kuya :)
