Offering a garden and garden view, VILLA APU CHICON (Apu Wasi & Inti Wasi) is set in Urubamba, 1.8 km from Sir Torrechayoc Church and 2.4 km from Saint Peter Church. We were expecting beautiful… But this place is spectacular. So much care and consideration has gone into the building of this valley retreat, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the cosy and comfortable villas. There are even a couple of resident alpacas and three rabbits that roam the garden. It’s even more lovely than the photos show. Onsite housekeeper Yuly was so friendly and helpful, and owner Gustavo was very responsive with his recommendation for an excellent driver and transport for the 3 days. Both he and Yuly provided exceptional customer service. Another reviewer commented that this is the best place they stayed during their entire 6 month stay in South America… I would go further and say this is one of the best places we have stayed all over the world (and we have travelled a lot). Thank you so much, we came a very long way to be here and we very much hope to return one day.

He answered our queries and helped us with problems. The property owner Monica responded to my email messages promptly. The property is good value for a group of 7-8 people who are on a budget and plan to spend most of their time out exploring. There were plenty of blankets on the beds.

Just 10 minutes from the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, Doña Catta Casa Boutique has a small house with 3 comfortable bedrooms. WiFi is free. Doña Catta was a lovely, responsive host. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking!

Offered to pick me up from airport. Took me to change money and dropped me at the closet supermarket. House was great for my stay with full working kitchen which was great plus washing machine. Tv is lounge and bedroom both had streaming services. Was an easy 2km walk from plaza de Armas and shops. Loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.
