Rodney gave us lifts in his boat to places we wanted to go to (snorkeling at hospital point, cacao plantation, red frog beach) - like our own special taxi service! Thank you! The house is great too. Spacious and comfortable. We felt at home very quickly. We chilled on the veranda and it was fun to watch various birds from there and little red frogs just up the hill behind the house.

Marjorie's apartments are perfect for a stay in Bocas del Torro. The accommodation is about 4 km outside of Bocas Town, which is why I rented a bike (super easy) to be able to move around more flexibly. but there are also cafes and beaches nearby that you can walk to or take a cab (I just preferred the bike). Every morning started with a homemade coffee in the hammock on the terrace - could be worse ;). I can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet place that is out of town on the main island.

The cabañas have been very thoughtfully designed by Pierre and his family, who are architects/design professionals. Our cabaña was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, had AC that worked well, and also had beautiful views of the jungle, as well as a very well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed watching birds and monkeys every morning and evening. Pierre was exceptionally kind to us and treated us like family.

The host are amazing, house was spotless, very clean, the beds very comfortable, and there is AC in all the rooms and living room, plus the view is great. The sun sets on the deck are breathtaking. It was great to go around the bay in the house kayaks.
