New, clean and very, very comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities , would highly recommend. Great location. Previous reviews referred to ants. No ants in the property at all, it was spotless. It’s in a beach location and as such locations can suffer with ants but my concerns were unfounded. A Lovely decking to sit out and look over the view. Perfect 👌

We loved our stay at Coastal Charm On entering, the house was crisp, clean and homely. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there even the exact coffee machine I have at home! Access to the beach was excellent and we were only 10 or so minutes out of Tākaka which is so convenient. 10/10

Amazing views, stylish and comfortable. While a small space, it had everything needed and more. I was impressed with the kitchenware which was well-supplied and thought out for use in a small space. There was an inflatable paddle board which is great to take out on a calm morning and watch the dawn from the water. Short walking distance to several restaurants. The host was responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay longer.
