There was a great tip sheet for exploring the local fare and activities. We liked the private quiet setting. We felt very welcome with flowers and welcome sign.

Great comfortable nicely furnished house, perfect for our family weekend away. Host was responsive and accommodated our special request. Highly recommend :)

Excellent property - very clean and brand new , cozy ,convenient , quiet and good location check in process was simple with instructions on self check in sent a that day Great to have a washer available, as well as a kitchen. There are plates, cups, kitchen utensils and all the condiments prepared.Parking very convenient. I love huge tv in living room and the patio area outside. wifi is good quality It had all the amenities we needed ! Staff - Very friendly , very kind and caring towards us We are really appreciate and happy that we were the first group of guests in your hotel if we have plan to travel Kerikeri again we will definitely come back here again for sure !!!

Set in Paihia in the Northland region, Tree Tops Retreat has a patio. We absolutely loved our stay as the location was excellent, within walking distance to supermarket and cafes. The decor is stylish and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The space is incredibly self-contained, with every thoughtful detail covered. It is clear a lot of care has gone into creating this retreat. The host had added a touch of Christmas lighting, making our holiday season extra special! Highly recommend to all.

Located a few steps from Long Beach, 1.6 km from Christ church and 1.7 km from Russell Museum, Pencarrow - Bach provides accommodation situated in Russell. The location was excellent for the beach - my daughter (8) and husband were in their element with their water sports! I enjoyed watching them with my wine from the deck! The batch had everything needed, WiFi, cooking utensils, powerful shower etc. Communication with the owners was outstanding from start to finish! Thank you!

The wonderful views with the peace and tranquility. The property was comparable to none facilities wise. We have stayed in many rental holiday properties but Top House Lodge was by far the best.
