Located at the entrance of Senja, suitable for self-driving. The house itself is BEYOND WONDERDUL. very cozy and beautiful, the decoration is very nice with many thoughtful details. Absolutely the best choice!

The accommodation was cosy and spacious, there were lots of toys and games for our children. The kitchen cabinets were filled with what we needed. The view from the lounge was lovely and the nice fjords in the North of Senja not far away.

The house was very cozy and a comfortable place to come back to relax after a long and cold hike up to Hesten (trailhead was just up the road so we didn’t have to worry about parking, hiked right from our front door!). Bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing! My favorite part was enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting in the rocking chair and looking out over Fjordgard… truly beautiful!!! We even saw the northern lights one evening from the front yard!

The entire house is clean and comfortable, and the living and dining areas are very spacious. The room is decorated in a warm and cozy manner, exceeding my expectations. Tommy did his best to accommodate his guests. U could sense all lovely details in every corner of this authentic house(thank you for the Xmas deco!). We particularly enjoyed the outdoor wood-burning BBQ house, well equipped kitchen/sauna, music instruments such as piano and guitar(our kids love this!), nordic ski/snowshoes gear arrangement and plus the beautiful large-size woodburner in the house. These add extra charm during our stay. On top of that, this house is secluded in nature, surrounded by mountains/river and a lake. That was the main reason why we booked here. Every single day you just want to stay "home" to feel the nature and the absolute seclusion feeling. On the New Year's Eve, tsk to Tommy's suggestion, we celebrated the firework show together with the local folk from Finnsnes. On the new year day, we did a 3h power walk/hike through the river and woods with our snowshoes and ski. It was perfect to feel the day one of the year with this beautiful nature. Highly recommended.
