Located only 10mn away from the Airport, and in a very quiet area, this house is a perfect place to relax, hike, but without feeling completely isolated: a very convenient store/supermarket is only 5mn walking distance, and a small restaurant. The bus stops to Narvik or to the airport are just a 4mn walk away. About the house, extremely cosy, very well equipped. You really feel at home. There was even something waiting for us in the fridge (we arrived very late in the evening). It's a perfect place, whether you come with friends, or with your family, or alone if you need a quiet spot. Excellence is determined by the small details. And we found plenty of them.☺️ I'll definitely go back! Oh, and many thanks to the hosts for their valuable help in solving any issue. They are super fast responsive, even by email. Set in Narvik and only 2.1 km from Ofoten Museum, Big central house, free parking, wifi, 3 bedrooms offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a combo clothes washer/dryer and a drying rack, so we were able to do our laundry. This is a big plus in a country with few self-service laundromats. Though there is a laundromat in Narvik, it is only open on Thursdays, and only for a short number of hours.) The bed was comfortable. (Note that if you are two people needing separate bedrooms, you need to notify the owner about that ahead of time because otherwise you may find the other bedrooms locked.) The shower was good (steady temperature, good pressure, and well-enclosed). There was a bathmat. Parking is free and right in front of the house. The location is quiet. The owner lives close by. It is only about a 20-minute walk to restaurants. As advertised, the view is fantastic, especially the sunsets.

It's a very comfy and cozy place and the view is stunning. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Reine/Hamnøy.

Rostad Retro Rorbuer offers a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchen in Reine. The property features sea and mountain views. It's the best view in Lofoten! The bed and the bedding is the most comfortable. I Truly reccommend. If i ever go back i will stay in the same place

The location was superb with a magnificent view of the sea. We even got to see some northern lights. The house itself was really comfy. It has all the amenities and the washing machine was a bonus! The beds were the comfiest we have been in…altogether a really lovely place.

Our friend lost a necklace at the property, the owner even drove to a restaurant near the highway to return it🥺🥺 Also, since there’s no light pollution around the place, we witnessed the northern light somewhere near the property! it’s a fantastic place to stay! highly recommended 😎

The dogs are amazing and the cabins are so nice. Would highly suggest staying here and meeting Blake, Nikki, and the rest of the dogs.
