Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

Very friendly host and any additional needs or issues were quickly resolved. Lovely location right at the water side, close to Risør. We felt very welcome.

Luxurious Boathouse with Private Dock in the Best Location in Arendal ligger i Arendal, 17 km från Ibsenhuset, och erbjuder luftkonditionerat boende med en uteplats och gratis WiFi. Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.

Tiny house - idyllic accommodation ligger i Grimstad, 14 minuters promenad från Roresanden strand och 2,8 km från Ibsenhuset, och erbjuder utsikt över trädgården. Great location for what we needed. A cute tiny home that was comfortable and fun. It was quiet. Close to stores but far enough away not to be in the center of town. It was fun watching the chickens around the ward.
