We walked long distances in the beautiful environment, the last day was raining cats and dogs. However, the host offered to machine-dry our clothes, very helpful. Summertime is a nice period in the local village with markets and fairs, and central Apeldoorn is just 15 minutes by bike.
Delicious dinner in restaurant. Beautiful detailed map. Breakfast was excellent. Our hotel room had two separate bedrooms. A real luxury. The hotel has a beautiful location in green surroundings
Nice room on 2nd floor. Clean and light. A desk with coffee and tea facilities. Really nice old mansion and in good state. Very nice view of the green area. 😄 Breakfast was served in the coach house. Because of a business trip I stayed for one night. So, I really need to come back for a long weekend to explore the green surroundings and enjoy it in another state.
A great, spacious, and well-equipped little house in a fantastic forest setting. Very conveniently located to the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the village of Otterlo; both are within walking distance, handy because you're able to leave your car parked by the apartment.

Beautiful appartement in typical old village house. All the equipment is new and clean. There is a lot of space in large livingroom, kitcher and bedroom (which is upstairs with steep stairs - but we webe fine with them :-) ). Perfect place for exploring this part of beautiful Netherlands.
Convenient chain hotel in easy walking distance to the village. Clean if a little dated. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel has a lift and ramps when many in the NL don’t.
Great location, easy to access but very close to lots of walks and nature in Veluwe, along with shops and restaurants. The chalet itself is super cosy and the garden is lovely. There's lots of different spots to have a drink or dinner and the hot tub and barrel sauna feel like a real luxury. We had a great time.
the vacation villa had great space inside as well as outside, even though we lived very close to all the other surrounding villas it still felt somewhat secluded because of all the nature surrounding the villa and the entire park
