Swimming pool was great, clean, with guards, nice view from 31st floor where the pool is located. All 5*. Easy check in/ check out. Helpful staff at the reception, even we checked in in the night 👍 Washing machine with powder already there 👍 which surprised me nicely, actually! There was a gym machine and yoga mat to use 😁👍

The most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at! Our room was on the 30-something floor, with an incredible view of the KL skyline. Ascott is the place to stay if you want to be comfortable and be in the very modern centre of KL. The building has excellent facilities, gym, pools, and the rooms are huge, our room had enormous window walls with city views. Everything in the building is fitted to a very high standard and looks luxurious. Staff are attentive and make you feel welcome. Grab taxis do pick up right at the entrance hall.
I really liked coming here I stayed from 11th to 17th I left my bag in their office On 29th again I chatted 4th was my check out date as my flight was delayed I was going to extend one more day to them. I checked out at 3 o'clock in the night. My flight was at 7 o'clock in the morning. Rubel was on my own. It was 3 o'clock in the morning. After booking our village, I got in the car and went to the airport. He inquired all the time on his Thank you Rubel Thank you very much for providing my service
Very satisfied in terms of the facilities provided, the attitude of the employees, the check-in process until check-out are all good.. The most important thing is that the room is spacious and clean.. The children really like the private pool in the room because they can take a bath at any time without interruption .Various choices of food available for breakfast. We will definitely come back to stay here again.
the staff at the counter one gentleman was really very helpful and took good care that was the only satisfying part of the journey the staff needs to be more friendly and accommodating. I understand it a business hotel and not a luxury hotel but people who come on business trip also need comfort.

We had a two bedroom apartment and, unlike other reports, our room was flawless. No water damage and no strange odor. Maybe we were lucky. Don't expect a luxury apartment with a western level of built quality. It looks luxurious on first look, but it's all fake. This is no problem yet, since the building appears to be brand new, but I would expect it fo fall apart in a few years time. The pool is really great with the best view I had so far in KL. It's worth for this alone.
Luxury all over. From the moment you step into the lobby, you know you are in for a treat. Room was exceptional - big, luxurious and comfortable. Super friendly and attentive staff. Tried the Astor Burger, foie gras and Angus Beed, what a combination!
Everything, very luxurious hotel, everything was perfect, starting from the vallet who parks my car, to the luggage facilities, to the very well trained friendly staff, to the clean cozy luxury rooms, to the perfect bathtub and the amazing shower both with a perfect view, even the toilet i loved it hahah, and the morning breakfast was perfect with big varieties of food, and vertigo bar at nighy was perfect, and it is steps away from pavilion and famous bukit bintang street, very highly recommended for luxurious travellers
