It was like staying in our own private 5 star resort! incredible property with just a few large modern clean cabanas, scenic pool and lounging area. Absolutely beautiful. Friendly host greeted us upon arrival and got us settled in. Cabanas had kitchenette facilities and local grocery stores just a km away.

The room was charming, spacious and very comfortable. The place is off the tumultuous Tulum city centre, with a jungle -like feeling. You can use the very well equipped common kitchen. the host is really friendly and serves a delicious breakfast.

We could swim in the lake on a private place. We where just with 2 people but we can imagine it would be lovely to come with a few more people and enjoy the jacuzzi a good bbq. It’s soooo nice!

Holbox Puerta Del Mar is as beautiful as the photos show and is a 1 minute walk to Punto Cocos, which is the most beautiful place on the island. Right next door is a market with essentials, and a half mile away is all the restaurants.

It felt very comfortable and we would definitely come back here. The communication and help was great and whenever we needed the shuttle to the beach or had any questions, it was instantly taking care of.

The staff make this place, they have anything you need covered; food, transportation (vehicles to rent or taxi rides), activities etc, all taken care of and they are very responsive! The jungle gardens which you have breakfast at in the morning are very relaxing and a nice full breakfast is included.

We enjoyed the eating oppurtunities just down the street.
