Situated within 100 metres of Yelapa in Yelapa, Casa Berita provides accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free WiFi. The holiday home has family... We had a 2 bedroom apartment here. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's situated partway up the mountainside, and the views from the large balcony - where there is a wonderfully situated hammock - are just incredible. You get a perfect view of the bay, the beach, the mountains, and the river. Watching the fishermen and the huge amounts of seabirds was spectacular. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a water cooler sized bottle of water. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned, but the breeze and fans on the balcony made it plenty cool. The host, who just goes by Berita, is a lovely matronly woman who met us with the keys on arrival. She lives one door down and seemed to be always available when we had a question. Her daughter Yuri, who speaks better English than her mom, doesn't live there but is available on whatsapp. We showed up like total amateurs with no cash. There's no ATMs and they don't accept credit cards. But Yuri very kindly arranged payment by Venmo or PayPal, and even arranged additional spending cash for us through her mom. It was an absolute lifesaver. But you should bring cash - as mentioned, no ATMs in town and credit card acceptance is spotty. We had a relaxing time here and would highly recommend!
