Everything is new, a stunning space with incredible views, so tastefully & thoughtfully laid out. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were great & very helpful . We would definitely recommend it to anyone

They welcomed us with a drink from the house and guaranteed us that they would help us with any kind of problem. 10 out of 10 for the hosts. and the accommodation exceeded our expectations, it is spacious and clean. the pool is large and very clean, the whole property is a dream place. the view is top, everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, well-kept garden, very nice owners. Fantastic stay. As a note, the villa is located on a quite busy street, which may be slightly disturbing at night. It is worth mentioning this in the description of the place. Too few deckchairs (3) for a larger number of people renting. Despite minor comments, I still give it the highest rating

The personnel were incredibly kind and attentive, promptly repairing a minor issue in the room without any delay. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was the personal chef who provided several breakfast options included in the price. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious meals tailored to our preferences. The villa also offers convenient parking space, which was a great advantage for us. Overall, this villa is a true gem in Montenegro, combining luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

What a find Villa Andrea 1 is one of the best villas we have stayed in. The location was perfect for our stay. This villa is for those who respect what the Hosts have provided - they were very welcoming and always available for any issues (none) any questions or advice - so nice and so helpful. The views from the villa are lovely sea, mountains and the setting is peace and nature. The villa had everything one would expect and the pool is perfect. You do need a car but we found getting around very easy and there are so many lovely places to visit. The views from Lovcen are stunning. A villa to recommend for families or groups who enjoy peace and quiet and exploring.

The hosts were the most friendly and nice hosts we have ever experienced. We were served a surprise breakfast on our first morning ... free of charge and also got a gift when we left. Everything in their beautiful villa lived up to and above our expectations - great value for money! The villa is located on a small local road just 1 min from the main road to Budva (15'ish mins drive) and has a great view over Budva, the sea and the mountains.
