Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.

Everything was just perfect, it was clean and comfortable accommodation with beautiful garden near by the see. Only 10 minutes walk to Savudrija lighthouse. It was preseasion and cold outside but the heating worked well and the temperature was ok inside. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, we found everything we needed. Marko, the host, was very helpful and kind.

The unit itself was beautiful and modern. Very clean and in an amazing location. As with all Old Towns there is no parking within the old town, but you are able to enter to drop off your luggage, collect the parking pass. You then have to drive to the parking structure which is underground and secure. Only about a 5-10 min walk from the unit. It is a lot of stairs so I don't recommend leaving anything in the car you may need. Beautiful walk though.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

What can I say, we found a real gem here. The location of the apartment is fantastic, located at the end of the promonade so nice and quiet. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed and we really liked the fly net across the patio doors so you could keep the door open all night without the midges getting in. We had room 5 which in my opinion is one of the best being at the top of property you have a large balcony with table and chairs and bean bags so you can relax and sunbathe and also at night see the coastline all lit up. The bathroom is spacious and the water was hot. There are restaurants in abundance just 2 mins walk away with a supermarket just 5 mins away from the property. Currency exchange can be found not far away on the road which runs parallel with the promonade. The area is nice and the beach was clean. There are sunbeds to use in front of the property which is good as I think in the busy times you might struggle to get one. The sea is shallow so ideal for young children. The owners/staff are exceptional always there to help and very friendly. The property has recently been renovated and looks amazing, one of the best.
