Location was also great, with beach and city center being ~10mins away by foot, while but at the same time, being very quiet to sleep at night or wind down in the evening

It was amazing that we had the whole house to ourselves, even though it's not big, it was perfect size for us and our 4-legged companion :) the location of the house is pretty close to the sea, so it was amazing to go for a walk there. The hosts were amazing - we forgot a few items at the house when we left and hosts were more than happy to help get those items back.
