The place is very comfortable, has a beautiful view on the lion rock, and is SO quiet! That is exactly what we wanted! Plus, Suriya and his lovely family welcomed us as we were part of them. We instantly felt a connexion with them and our children loved the stay there. As a bonus, the breakfast is absolutely amazing such whatever our hosts cooked ☺️

So-J Beach Villa is situated in Trincomalee, 3.7 km from Kanniya Hot Springs. Koneswaram Temple is 5 km away. The room was very clean and estetichslly pleasing., with lots of space for you to unpack. Very comfortable mattress and fresh linen. Beautiful garden and nice patio to sit outsoors. Raju who was in charge is kind and always ready to meet any need. The cleaning lady is very present and helpful, greeting any demand with a beautiful smile. Perfect location, 3 min walki to the beach and at 5 min from restaurants and supermarket. Close enough but not too much to be disturbed by noises.

Stayed here with some friends I met a long the way and we had a fab week in Trinco in our little home. Ideal location. We work remotely and loved working from the veranda. Good WiFi. 2 rooms + 1 extra mattress they provided.

Amazing choice for the price of a couple of hotel rooms we put up a whole family, Grandparents to children. Such a lovely self contained property that is finished to a high standard. We phoned ahead before arriving to ask for a few things and they were there when we arrived. Pool is well maintained and has some shade for daytime dips, kitchen is big enough and equiped enough to prepare modest meals or serve take out. Communal seating area on terrace is a nice place to breakfast and sit in rhe evening. Caretaker was staying on premises (seperate room different entrance, not connected to guest area) very helpful but not at all intrusive, really nice. Very happy with the choice ideal for family group. Don't forget price does not include tax
