Large house in a quiet area away from the busy part of town. Lots of seating areas and nice views from the outside deck and observation deck. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very helpful with providing information on things to do/transport/organising bicycle hire. We have three teenage boys and there was plenty of room for them. Fabulous restaurant ‘Golden Mango aka Mango Mango’ within walking distance - very reasonable prices and delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We had our own space away from the main house, but host was on hand when we needed something. We traveled during a weather event and we were offered flexibility in booking which was so reassuring.

House exceeded our expectations and highly recommended to anyone visiting Anuradhapura to choose there. Even if you are a foreigner, you will not feel lost as janakas English was superb, you will find it very easy to communicate with him. also couldn’t forget Janaka’s wife, very helpful and kind lady. Superb, we will be back
