Nice comfortable furniture. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The house is also just a two minutes’ walk from the beach and there are lots of restaurants in the village. We didn’t have a car and it worked out just fine.

I really cannot speak highly enough of my stay here at H&H Kitakyushu.

This hotel is a converted apartment building, so the units are much more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. The building is not particularly new or luxurious, but the rooms are well-suited to family stays since some units have two bedrooms (one of the bedrooms was originally the living room of an apartment), and there is a small but functional kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer on the top floor, located more-or-less outside. The location is only three minutes from the omotesando of Dazaifu Tenmangu.
I loved every part of this cute boutique hotel. The rooms are small but the space is so well used that it feels luxurious. Every detail has been so thoughtfully designed. Beds are comfy and the location is great. Lots of cool shops and bars nearby.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable and had a luxurious feel to it.

Excellent location, no redundant luxury but all essentials present. Bed comfortable, shower good, European vibe very appealing, attending to details which are pleasant (e.g. door knob, color theme of shower). Spotlessly clean, salute to cleaners.

Location of the hotel is very central. Hotel is modern and spacious, a luxury in Japan. Good amenities, but expect it to be a busy hotel.
