Very nicely presented house. Nice mix of traditional and modern features. Lots of space. Easy to do laundry. Nice outdoor cooking area - we didn't use it but it looked good.

It's one of the most favourite places my boyfriend and I have been staying in this 3-weeks road trip in Japan :) The modern adaptation and design of a traditional Japanese house is super nice! Everything is clean and tidy as well!

Relaxing in the middle of the nature. This house is big, clean, warm and beautiful. Nice host, he’s very helpful. A bit cold at night. You need to prepare food since the nearest town is far from this place.

It was an authentic stay with incredibly kind hosts. When we arrived they had tea and were so welcoming. The perfect place to land as a large group from our long day of bicycling.

民泊大森 is situated in Iyo, 26 km from Tobe Pottery Museum, 27 km from Uchiko Town Museum, and 28 km from Machiya Resource Center. I loved everything about this stay. Very friendly and warm hosts, a really comfortable place overall. Iyo doesn’t have too much in the way of food, but they provided some toast and jam which was really nice of them. I’m especially grateful that they took me around the town when I unfortunately couldn’t make it to Cat Island. Beds were comfy futons.

Tsugoe's House Villa / Vacation STAY 74618 ligger i Saijo og tilbyder indkvartering under 43 km fra butikscentret Fuji GRAND SHIGENOBU. The host is really on time and friendly, and the space is big and clean :) The bathroom is really nice, big and contemporary that is out of our surprise!

Kominka Mitsuhama Ryokan ligger i Mitsuhama og har have og gratis wi-fi. Værelserne har terrasse med udsigt til haven. Samtlige værelser på ryokanen har gratis toiletartikler og hårtørrer. One of the best hotel/ryokan I’ve stayed! The decoration of the entire place is amazing, with so many details. The place is renovated from a 100 year old house. It has the traditional Japanese houses charm but also clean and comfortable (with AC and other amenities). The garden is beautiful - you can just tell how much efforts the host has put into this house. The host is very nice and helpful, offered to pick us up and bring us to the airport, and even asked whether we needed umbrella when we were visiting Matsuyama. The whole place felt so calm and peaceful, I slept very well every night and woke up with natural sunshine feeling refreshed. Simply stunning and highly recommended. The surrounding neighborhoods is also very interesting to walk around with lots of good restaurants to offer. Remember to check out the Italian restaurant Flor and the taco place just down the street!
