The location is really near the mini metro that takes you directly to the historic centre in a few minutes. We were travelling by car so the parking space was really good for us. Highly recommended!

This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

Very nice apartment just next to Assisi train station. The lady Gioconda welcomed us and gave us instructions. We had two bedrooms, one toilet, living and dining room, all comfy and very clean.

Spacious & very unique decorations - books everywhere! Good amenities - all well thought out (hanging spaces, desks, kitchen equipments, fans, A/C, lovely toiletries incl shower caps!) Very hospitable host, Mario was efficient, prompt & very helpful.
