Plenty of restaurants around; the hosts also owns the restaurant nearby and I recommend it: good value, quite popular and busy. The flat is very modern and clean. There are few things to make you feel welcome and enjoy the stay: water, caffee, small snacks. It’s quiet during the night, it is facing a very small alley, there is no noise coming from the street, we slept well, I did not have to use earplugs. The owner is responsive and accommodating.

If you want to stay in the center of Taormina this is perfect location in a beautiful private apartment with a perfect host. We were treated like family by Ugo and Justyna. We booked our short 2 night stay very last minute late the night before arrival and Ugo was free to pick us up from the train station. They kindly gave us a quick tour and lay of the land on our drive to the apartment and helped us with our bags into the beautiful apartment. Its exceptionally clean and very comfortable for a short stay but a longer stay would have been great to take advantage of everything. The rooftop balcony has amazing views and catching sunrise up there was epic and easy. The apartment had plenty of amenities we were able to do a small load of laundry, use the kitchen for a meal and relax on the couch. Taormina is beautiful and Ugo was one of the best host we've ever had anywhere in the world. He was even able to drop us off early in the morning back at the train station so we could have cafe together before saying goodbye. I fully recommend anyone looking to visit Taormina book this apartment. If you are arriving with your own car please be prepared for a proper Sicilian/Italian experience with no driving or parking close to the apartment and having to carry bags a distance and up stairs. Even if Ugo is not available to assist with every step its still worth it to reach this lovely apartment.

Incredible hospitality of the hosts, from early check-in/late check-out, a lovely complimentary welcome of wine and snacks, help in organizing free parking a minute's walk from the apartment and ending with the apartment itself. Beautiful interior, wonderful equipment, three air conditioners. And just an incredible roof terrace (in addition to the balcony on the second floor) with a frontal view of a magnificent baroque church, Etna and the most beautiful Italian street! I recommend! 100/10 points
