Located in Puttaparthi in the Andhra Pradesh region, Sathya Sai Nivas has a patio and garden views. gunaranjan is a truly nice man, and very kind and helpful. he helped me order food from a local restaurant, and brought it up to me when it arrived. he helped me get a jio sim card, which otherwise would have been hard to get. the apartment is super clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. i highly recommend sathya sai nivas!

Royal Home Stay deluxe Room, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Tirupati, 12 km from Renigunta Junction, 1.5 km from APSRTC Central Bus Station, as well as 1.9 km from Old Tirchanoor... This was one of my best stays away from home. The host was kind, helpful and accommodating. The property was spacious with a lot more amenities than expected - Kitchen with RO water facility (saves money on water bottles), dining hall, TV with streaming services available, AC room, all rooms were spacious, clean washroom, no unnecessary disturbance/house rules, late check out at no extra charge!! Could not have asked for more. Recommended for stay in Tirupati since this is close to the railway station, 10 min walk from Platform 6, add 5 more minutes if coming from Platform 1 of the railway station. Swiggy and Zomato delivery available, you can cook on the induction cooktop provided. Dustbins in each room, Water bottles and fridge available too. This felt like staying at a home, away from home. Undoubtedly exceptional!

Homestay was very good with all useful amenities in a reasonable price. Host is very good and responds politely for our queries. They are responding at any time in midnight too. We felt like our home there and hospitality was good. I will recommend this homestay for sure as it is worth for every penny.
