The Retreat is located centrally in the Medieval village of Carlingford 400 meters to the coast, it is 12 minutes drive to the local beach. There is free parking available. The house has everything you will ever need. The host was fantastic to liaise with & the location is fantastic no need for taxis it's a stone throw away from the many bars & restaurants. We had a wonderful stay & couldn't fault a thing, already recommending it to friends.

Set in Drogheda and only 12 km from Bru na Boinne Visitor Centre, The Courtyard Queensborough offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We were very happy with the location. We were able to use the train to travel to Dublin and enjoy the beautiful surroundings when we came back in the evening.

What didn’t we like would be the question. absolutely nothing!! this wee cottage oozes of comfort, all mod cons but keeping the cottage feel. Our hosts Sean and Elaine did an outstanding job with not only the property but also with the welcome they gave us. If you want to experience the ole country cottage feel, surrounded by mountains and silence and still be spoilt this is the place to be! I can’t thank them enough for giving us an absolutely wonderful weekend.
