The villa provides an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. This was absolutely the best accommodation we’ve had in our trip across Java. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived late without dinner and they brought us a snack and a delicious welcome drink. We felt right at home instantly. The location is absolute perfection with a beautiful farm where all of the produce for your breakfast comes from. The house itself is impeccably decorated in a traditional-meets-modern style (for Indonesia) and the sounds of frogs and insects will lull you to sleep. Consider spending 2 full days here, it’s more than a stop over to visit Ijen Mountain. The walks through the rice fields and villages are among the best we’ve experienced. 12/10 would recommend.

We even walk to Museum Angkut, which is great. The villa is the cleanest compare to other villa around. We wish we could stay longer so we could explore more Batu city. We dont want to leave the villa 😅.

The nearest airport is Banyuwangi International Airport, 15 km from the holiday home. Big room for families in the centre of the city. It was a good choice to transit 1 night for resting after our trip in Bali.
