I rate it 10/10. It's a family run business and the owners are super helpful. They will go beyond and above to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The rooms are big, comfy and clean with breathtaking views looking over Volosko (see pictures attached). Tasty breakfast with fresh pastries and bread rolls every day. The place is a walking distance to the nicest beaches and local shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely come back and stay at the same place.

It is very close to sledgeing park, located in Kupjak which is ideal in winter for families to enjoy activities.
