We barbecued every night and enjoyed the serenity of Guatemala. Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.

Easy access to the lake with a dock for public and private boat access. A 10-minute walk to town. Great hosts, and they rent out kayaks, too.

I loved the decorations, how big and comfortable the room and the beds were. Beautiful pool during the day and night. I loved the privacy. One of the most awesome things, is that they have a full shared kitchen and refrigerators for you to keep your food fresh (because you can eat in your room!) and a self-service beverage refrigerator, you only need to notate yourself in a book and at the end of your staying you pay for it, easy peasy! The owner welcomes you as well, even though you arrive late, ooh the best part, they give a code to the main entrance and for your room (so you don't loose any keys, very smart from them 👌🏻) so you can do your own checking! We loved it!
