This is a brand new home located right in the heart of the Gialos. The home was perfect by every measure. It was the cleanest vacation home I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. The appliances in the home were all brand new. The home was very easy to find, and my favorite feature is how close you are to the heart of Gialos. It was an excellent experience and my biggest regret is not having more time on this trip to book more nights! Extremely grateful to have stayed here and will surely be back! Thank you Pavlos House!

Nýlega enduruppgerður gististaður, Maison avec terrasses et vues er staðsett í Symi, nálægt Nimborio-ströndinni, Symi Port. Gestir sem dvelja í þessu orlofshúsi eru með aðgang að svölum. We were a group of 4 adults staying for a week in early October, and we all had an absolutely fantastic stay. The house is newly renovated and beautifully decorated as depicted in the photos. What is less obvious is that despite the listing which states the house has three bedrooms, and while one could say this is technically true, on a practical level with the way the house is laid out this can create some disharmony among the guests depending on the relationships between the guests. The upstairs level holds the master bedroom which is the showstopper, since it has the best view and a 'private' balcony. On the same upper level there is a modest loft above the kitchen which is reachable by a ladder and one should be careful not to bump their head when ascending. The downstairs level is equipped with 3 sleeping spaces and a mini fridge, however there is no real view from this level from inside the structure. Both levels each have a bathroom, the upper level again with a beautiful view. The upper level has a large outdoor table for dining and the lower terrace has a little table with some chairs, and a pair of beach style lounge chairs placed off to the side where there is a lovely view. We thought it would be nice to have more furniture on the terrace such as an umbrella and more comfortable chairs for relaxing together as a group. Francois and Dominique were marvelous hosts and reside on the property adjacent, so should you need them for anything during your stay they would be happy to intervene quickly and resolve any minor issues. We had a little gasket rupture on the shower head and they replaced it immediately. We didn't really have any issues with the stairs, perhaps since it wasn't very hot, and the location is extremely convenient. I believe this house would best suit a large family, because the master bedroom trumps the downstairs sleeping quarters purely down to the panorama.

It is some stairs to walk but the way there is gorgeous and a experience itself and the end goal gives a priceless view! The apartment is in very good condition and the owners are the sweetest!! Treated us very kind and was super helpful!

There is now a lovely day bed in the courtyard for instance. Incredibly well equipped with lovely touches like fresh fruit and fresh coffee. The apartment could comfortably sleep 4 as there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room. We love this authentic area of the old town. Google maps shows the exact location. It takes about 6 mins to walk to the upper chora restaurants. The walk through the old streets is absolutely beautiful. You can park your scooter right outside the apartment as there is very easy access via the main road. A taxi from the main port town cost €7. We will be returning

Set in Symi, 1.3 km from Nos Beach and 1.8 km from Nimborio Beach, ΚΟΥΛΟΥΝΤΡΗ (1) offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Almost brand new property and very clean. A few minute walking distance to town center and amenities. Nice view from balcony. White paintwork on the walls and ceiling is spotless.
