The property is set in a perfect location on the edge of the town so quiet but once you walk down to the end of the road you are by the port. The property was beautifully furnished, very luxurious and the roof terrace was amazing, lots of comfortable seating and a view that was a full 360 degrees. Very nice toiletries and slippers were an added bonus. Every thing was fabulous!

The Magnolia is a wonderful spacious property with a beautiful garden, wonderful view from the top balcony and quiet situation while only a few steps from the shops, tavernas and the ferry port. The excellent renovation of an old Skopelos home has sucessfully preserved the character of the property while being well equipped and comfortable with all modern fascilities. Our hosts Maria and George were exceptionally kind and generous.

Beautiful place near the center. - super friendly hosts - only one air condition in the house, not enough for all rooms, but there were fans available. - difficult to park in the area but this doesn’t have to deal with house. Totally suggest it.

The rooms are airy and spacious with en suite bathrooms. There is a great open plan kitchen which is well equipped and a living room area, situated on the upper floor, perfect for sundowners with a breathtaking view! It’s close enough to walk into town but also far enough removed that you can enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of being surrounded by olive trees in what we were told is a small working olive grove. In our opinion, the pool sets this property apart from others we have stayed in on the island, and is especially great for days when you don’t feel like leaving home! Overall, it’s a luxurious property. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone planning on visiting Skopelos!

If we could describe Villa Koukounaria in one word: AMAZING! The house is everything you need during your Skopelos holiday. It’s modern, nice decorated, spacious, the garden is really beautiful with so many options to sit and the pool area is fantastic. We really felt at home! You have so much privacy and the ambiance is very peaceful. And let’s not forget the sea view, wow we are going to miss this! The contrast with the green trees is beautiful, you can watch it the whole day. And last but not least, the owners of the house are so so sweet! The hospitality was a great experience. It was a pleasure to stay at their magical place. You’ll see us again!
