The house itself is fantastic, renovated, has thick walls and is therefore not very hot during the day; it is set on 2 floors with large spaces, 2 comfortable bedrooms (perhaps the mattress is a little hard, but this is subjective). The kitchen is well equipped, much more than others I have seen, there is everything you need and more. The air conditioners, useful in the evening, are very efficient. The part I appreciated most is the outside with the barbeque, we used it a lot in the evening to have dinners out. The location is in the middle of the town, the view is not the strong point, but it makes up for it with the tranquility and proximity of services (supermarket, taverns). George was very attentive to our needs, even if not physically present, he was always very available to answer me or make suggestions. Lastly, it's very close to one of the mosto beautiful beach (Limonari) of the Island. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Fully equipped even a coffee machine, very comfortable and benefited from being a newly refurbished property. decor was excellent and very pleasing. great hosts and accommodating and close by. seating outside on small veranda with a sea glimpse. great Tavernas nearby which served very nice food, good location for exploring Spartochori village back streets. anyone staying should be aware that this is a small village with narrow streets atop a hill, many steps from ferry port. have suitable footwear! couple beaches nearby but found Spartochori beach at nearby Taverna Spilia and bar Agrios to be the nicer area.

Mesogi Villas, brand new modern, stylish villas, private pool, seaviews ligt op 19 minuten lopen van Spilia-strand en biedt een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad en een tuin. The design, the equipment, the pool, the location. Everything was just perfect. The house had everything you need only your swimwear. Super quite place to relax. The pool was amazing with an incredible view. The minimalistic design was amazing. The location is very convenient 5 minutes from Vathu and 2 minutes from Spartochori. The owner/manager was always available and willing to assist. Honestly one of the best houses we have ever booked.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped for the longer stay with a family or friends. We enjoyed very much magnificent views from the terrace, equally attractive in the morning as well in the sunset. Children liked that the pool was bathed in the sun until late hours, so they could swim even in the evening. The house is located in calm area, on the outskirts of the nice small village, supermarket, butcher and few taverns are in close proximity - just few minutes walk. There are sheets and towels provided and replaced each few days and cleaning is organized regularly. Communication with host was very easy - he responded quickly to all our requests. We would definitely return there!

The hosts hospitallity and warmth made us felt like home. The location was ideal, in a peaceful backstreet, a few meters from the harbour and one breath from all restaurants, super markets and night life. It worths mentioning the reasonable accomodation cost and the free parking lot near the house. We will definetely visit again Koni's house! Highly recommended for families or group of friends!

The Konstas family goes out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your time at the house and on the island. The most helpful and kind people we came across on our many trips. Exceptional.

Such a beautiful setting and the facilities are perfect. Meganissi is a beautiful Island and we had the best spot for beach, chill or dining! Host was quick with any questions.

The hospitality,zhey are very friendly . The house .You have all a family can need.Dont bring any think with you, only the garderobe. The rroms are confortavle and clean. Evry romm has his own balcony to enjoy the wonderfull view. The pool wos wonderfull with lights az night and jakuzi too. The yard very beautifull and the barbeque were great.
