Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and pool with a view, Villa Baldin can be found in Lipsoi, close to Chochlakora Beach and 500 metres from Xerokambos Beach. Everything! We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was. We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach. Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!

Surrounded by a garden, within 1 km from the main village of Lipsi, the traditionally built Niriedes Villas offers self-catering accommodation with views over the Aegean Sea. The location was good, nice and peaceful. A 15 min walk down to the port with some tavernas and shops on the way .Beautiful big detached house with everything you need. Lovely and clean with new shower gels and shampoos when needed . Very helpful host always ready to help .

Situated in Lipsoi in the Dodecanese region, Calliope's house has a terrace and quiet street views. This holiday home features accommodation with a patio. Very cozy apartment with a private terrace, spotlessly clean and fully equipped - there was everything from washing machine to microvawe, coffee machine, strong WiFi etc, even bottled water, Greek coffee and wine awaiting me in the fridge. There's no AC but the ventilators cool down the rooms on a comfortable temperature. The host was very kind and responsive, the check-in and check-out flexible. The apartment is situated in the village next to a school (there's a beautiful view of the bay and the port from the school yard), kind neighbours, the port, supermarket and restaurants can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes. You can also reach less populated beaches on foot in about half an hour.
