The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

My uncle and I recently stayed at Evgenia's House in Kos, Greece, and it was absolutely brilliant. The place was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any questions we had. They welcomed us with wine, beer, olives, and other treats, and even stopped by during our stay with fresh figs and eggs. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Evgenia's House for anyone looking for a fantastic and personal experience in Kos!

Think of every detail from the smallest to the largest The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the welcome was amazing. The pool is large and pleasant with sunbeds and an umbrella, the direction of the sun in the pool is only in the afternoon. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable. About a two-minute walk there is a supermarket, a five-minute drive (you can also walk) there are nearby beaches and restaurants, also close to the old city. We had an amazing vacation. The host is amazing, the house is stunning, highly recommend

We had amazing time and priceless memories with my friend. We felt like we were living in our own space, it was so cozy environment. Nice, quiet, clean and great location. I definitely recommend this house!

It’s just a bit above the city, so you’re perfectly secluded from the noise and crowds, enjoying a peaceful retreat. The garden is gorgeous, and we loved spending our time around the big table out there. Plus, there’s a market just a few minutes away with everything you might need, and the staff there are super friendly. And here’s the cherry on top: the house is surrounded by incredible historical sites from Roman and ancient times. You’ll be in close proximity to places like the Odeon, the Aqueduct, Casa Romana, and the ruins of the ancient city of Nymphaion, dedicated to the Nymphs. It’s like stepping into a history book right from your doorstep! The house has air conditioning, which kept things cool, and there’s a lovely breeze on Kos, so it’s nice to just keep the windows open. We also had access to a fantastic pool with a bar at a hotel nearby—just a short walk away. Getting to Lambi Beach was easy too; we went by car, bike, or even walked. Kostas, the host, is wonderful! He met us at the bus station, drove us to the house, and made sure we had everything we needed. He’s full of helpful tips and genuinely cares about making your stay great. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need, and there’s a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. The beds are super comfy, and the whole place is so quiet—it’s perfect for a good night’s sleep. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything about this house is top-notch!
