Siamo stati in questa struttura solo 4 giorni ed è stato un peccato perché siamo stati benissimo. La parte che abbiamo apprezzato di più neanche a dirlo era quella esterna ben attrezzata con tavolo e comode sdraio, da cui si godeva una bella vista sul mare circondata dal verde e da pace. Casetta indipendente su due piani con una comoda e piacevole zona all’aperto, circondata da un piccolo giardino ben curato. Non molto distante da una bella spiaggia, 4 minuti in auto, imboccando una stradina in salita. Nel complesso la casetta è carina e confortevole. E’ composta al piano superiore da una camera un bagno e una zona di passaggio arredata da un divano e con un terrazzino, al piano inferiore una zona soggiorno pranzo, un bagno e una piccola cucina accessoriata e corredata di tutto ciò che può servire da piatti, stoviglie, padelle e zuppiere. A disposizione anche tutti i prodotti per la pulizia, il detersivo per la lavatrice, tutte accortezze che molto apprezzabili per l’accoglienza. Brave! Anche un omaggio di benvenuto. C’è il posto per l’auto (auto consigliata). Climatizzata sia il soggiorno che la camera, la camera disponeva anche di un ventilatore a soffitto. Personale in loco, sia la proprietaria che Alexandra sono state disponibili e gentili.

We found the villa very clean and equipped with everything, even small kitchen utensils which are not mandatory but nice to have. The location is great, in a quiet place with panoramic views from the verandas. The remote communication with the manager is immaculate. Will be happy to return again.

Villa Esmeralda Kea is a recently renovated villa in Ioulida, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The view was fantastic, the house was big and comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated.

Set in Péra Meriá, 300 metres from Kalidonychi-Psili Ammos Beach and 2.3 km from Sikamia Beach, Sunrise stone villa with Jacuzzi by Neuvel offers a garden and air conditioning. Great villa with amazing view! We spent a great time here. The villa is absolutely superb and it has a great view. The sunrise from the villa terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The villa is extraordinary, beautiful and stylish décor, very clean and comfortable. Very close, it is a wonderful bay with a gorgeous wild beach, with very fine sand. The name of the beach is Psilisammos and in our opinion it is the nicest beach from the whole island. It is like having you own private beach. It is the perfect place to admire and enjoy a wild landscape with a great view. We visited some other beaches from the island but our soul remained to Psilisammos. In our opinion this location is a must place to visit if you will be in Kea.
