This villa comes with a kitchen, a seating area, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. It's a big villa with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, 3 bathrooms and it can fit 7-8 people. The rooms were clean. Outside we had a small terrace with sunbeds, BBQ so you can sit outside, relax and watch the stars at night if you want. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

All units here are air-conditioned and feature flat-screen smart TVs in every room, living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen. Ground floor suites provide private small pool, two ensuite bathrooms with shower. Upstairs suites provide private exterior jacuzzi and one bathroom with shower. All units have hairdryer and free toiletries. A dishwasher, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. Stunning views. Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Located in Ierissos, the traditionally built Armenos Villas offers self-catering accommodation just 200 metres from the beach. Restaurants and bars can be found within 300 metres, while the nearest super market is at 50 metres. The villas are beautiful, nicely decorated and we had a great size balcony (in the superior one bedroom). All beds, including the sofa were very comfortable. There were two beds upstairs - one that comfortably fits two people and a twin size bed for one person. The decor and furniture were cute and large enough to fit all our luggage (of which we had 4 suitcases). The kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. The host - Elena, her son and really everyone in town were super friendly, helpful and just really nice. The beach was quiet (mid June), but nice and super friendly staff at the cafe.
