The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The View from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the beach. All the facilities were all new and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we were very happy with the property and the location was within walking distance to Karfas beach.

It is brand new and the rooms are very cozy and stylish. Exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The location is quiet and close to the city.

Thanks to very friendly and helpful owners. There are 3 villas, we rented Dimitris Villa and it has 2 rooms and saloon, kitchen and 1 bathroom. It also has veranda and terrace. There are all necessary tools and wares in kitchen. Even they kept ice for us in the fridge. :) There was a parking lot for each villa. We asked them to extend check out time up to 4pm and they accepted. There were no employee at residances, we got keys from a keybox with a password and left at same place with same style. Place was close to Chios city centre(15min), market(10min), restaurants(1min) and cafes(1min). And there was a very good beach at only 30meter distance. Shortly, it was very good place. You should go!
