The Panorama House has a balcony and is located in Pera Gyalos, within just 1.4 km of Livadi Beach and 700 metres of Church of Panagia Portaitissa. Amazing view looking out over the township. The owners were lovely and always on hand if you needed anything. Big and spacious and clean.

Situated 300 metres from Pera Gialos Beach, Υδρία-Κατοικίες Hydria-Houses offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden. Great location in walking distance from the port and Chora. We enjoyed the amazing view to the castle from the veranda-it is exactly as shown in the photos. Brand new, clean and spacious. Also the parking space was very convenient. The host was very polite and the overall service very professional. We will definitely stay in Ydria if we visit Astypalaia again.

Situated in Livadi Astypalaias and only 300 metres from Tzanakia Beach, Siesta Villas nearby Tzanaki Beach Livadi features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Accogliente e pulitissima; bellissima posizione appena un poco defilata rispetto al vicino Livadi.

Narkissos, 19th Century Cycladic Stone House is set in Pera Gyalos, 1.4 km from Livadi Beach, 2.4 km from Astypalaia Camping Beach, as well as 700 metres from Church of Panagia Portaitissa. The photos do not do it justice! This is a great place to stay next to the port.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Balcony to Aegean sea is located in Astypalaia Town. Great balcony and view! Big, comfortable, clean and convenient apartment. Short way to the Castro and several nice tavernas and bars. The host was very service minded and helpful.

Situato a circa 2,3 km dalla spiaggia di Marmari, l'Elia Traditional suites offre una vista sul giardino e sistemazioni con terrazza. It is the perfect place, the house is very nice, clean and well equipped. The owners Antonios and his mother are lovely, the breakfasts are delicious and the views are incredible. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is in a perfect location , a short walk from the port, next to shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the Chora and castle. There is a large outside terrace, which was wonderful to sit out on in the evening. The whole apartment was designed and laid out with consideration to the comfort of the guests. The apartment is one of the oldest buildings in the port and has been family owned for many years having previously been a sponge drying store and later a cafe. You can still see the hooks used for drying the sponges on the beautiful high arched ceiling.The apartment had a great shower, comfortable bed , plenty of seating and a very useful washing machine. We loved returning to it everyday after a fantastic day on the wonderful island of Astypalaia. Konstantinos met us at the property and showed us round, he was very helpful and considerate. He was very warm and welcoming we genuinely felt he wanted to ensure in every way we enjoyed our time in the apartment.He was also able to help us with information during our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone wanting a perfect base to explore the lovely island of Astypalaia
