This is an exceptionally beautiful property with artistic design and lovely furnishings. The owners were very welcoming and delightful to meet and talk with. The property's location location on the hillside in the old city on Andros requires climbing up many sttairs with one's luggage, so packing light would be a good idea. It's a quick walk from the house to restaurants and shops and the old fort and the beach is right at the base of the stairs. We loved our visit to this serene spot and really appreciated the care the owners took to make their property so comfortable and so visually appealing.

Set in Batsi and only 400 metres from Batsi Beach, Mpatsi Sunset House offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is located walking distance to a beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Excellent views from the balconies. The size fit our family comfortably. There were even screens on the windows and patio doors to keep out unwanted insects. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and nicely appointed kitchen - including the water and coffee.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene escape. Can't wait to return!

This was the home of my grandparents and my father and all his siblings were born there. The new owners have done a wonderful job of restoring it. We rented it so that a visiting niece and her family could see where they're Papou is from. There is a church just below the house which was being renovated and they allowed us to see that too.

It is a charming apartment in a very calm area near Batsi (10 minutes drive from the port of Gavrio) with a large terrace giving you a stunning view on the sea. You can't stop relaxing on the terrace watching the sea and the sunset! The house is very comfortable, very clean and equipped with anything you need: full equipped kitchen, bed clothes, bath towels, washing machine, iron, wi-fi,... even books and magazines! You really feel (better than) home! The outdoor shower is a plus and very useful when you come back from the beach! There is a reserved parking area just next to the door. A supermarket is 3 minute drive and the center of Batsi with beaches, restaurants, bars and shops is only 5 minute drive. We stayed 10 days and one intermediate cleaning service was included. Maria is a really kind host and she is always up to help you for anything you need. It is a very good choice if you wanna stay in a charming and quiet place near Batsi and beaches. +++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED +++

The hosts had left snacks, tea and coffee as well as homemade spoon sweets, which were great! A very nice view as well, would be perfect for a family.
