Quiet, cool area, clean and beautiful stay, besides that the staff was amazing and friendly. Paola, Audrine & Paolette were awesome hosts. We were greeted with drinks and accras a national treat! Un coin de paradis, piscine privative, vue Saintes is located in Trois-Rivières. This holiday home features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Very nice host, with VERY friendly pets (dogs, cats and chickens). Lovely place, with some complementary rum and Planteur. Perfect to get out to Les Saintes for a day, not much to do in Trois-Rivieres otherwise, but perfectly nice to relax at the pool.

Set within 2.8 km of Plage de Malendure in Bouillante, Rêve Et Alizé - Gites de charme features accommodation with seating area. Lovely cottage set in an expansive garden. The pool is well kept . Very clean with a lot of attention to detail that shows pride of ownership. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to some of the grocery stores and restaurants. There is so much vegetation that you barely see the other guests. The mosquitos were manageable.

Situated less than 1 km from Plage de Petite Anse, Habitations Amédée offers an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. I arrived much earlier than expected. Helpful neighbors let me know that I could wait at the local beach. At the time that I had given during my booking as my arrival time, the host was present and warmly greeted me, showed me the accommodation and handed over the key. The property looks a bit rustic on the outside, however, on the inside it was quite up-to-date. Decent wireless internet. A nice mosquito net like a pop-up tent for over the bed. Full sized refrigerator, 4 pit electric stove, oven, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, etc. I stayed in the smaller accommodation, 1 bedroom, and it has a nice covered porch to sit on with a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunset. There is an octagonal pool just a step away that also has a great view of the ocean and it makes a great place from which to watch the sun set. The area is quiet and calm. It's not a touristy place and made a great place to just relax and enjoy the views and nature. The beach is a bit of a walk up and down very steep roads. (25% grade?) If you are fit, it's a good workout. There is a restaurant and further a beach bar. The location makes a nice central point from which to explore the west coast of the island. Enough about the property, over my hosts I cannot say enough kind things. They were so warm, caring and welcoming. In my many travels, I rarely meet such wonderful people. Although I do not speak French, we communicated via Google Translate on my phone. That led to some amusement with mis-translations. However we enjoyed a number of conversations. When the power went out one evening, she came along with lights for me. When I needed to see a doctor, she arranged that for me. I felt well cared for - above and beyond, really. I would gladly stay here again if only for the hosts.

Résidence Pommes Cannelles is located in Bouillante and features a pool with a view and pool views. This beachfront property offers access to darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The accomodation was spacious and clean with a big terrace to chill and have breakfast in the morning. Whilst we did not use the kitchen much it was well equipped. The hosts are very friendly. There is a bar around the pool within the residence where you can hang, in the evenings you can have drinks there and hang with other fellow travellers as well as the owners to share about your day and get tips from each other. Welcome breakfast supplies provided on arrival are a lovely touch!!

400 metres from Grande Anse Beach, Les Manguiers is a recently renovated property located in Deshaies and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. Very nice and creative location. We felt like being in a little paradise. Welcome was warm and friendly. Marie and Fred are exceptional hosts.
