The location is very good for sunset. It’s a bit away from town but only about 10 minutes of walk. So it’s not too much. The hut is tiny but enough for 1 person. Heating is strong and there’s an extra blanket. I used it when sitting at the porch to watch the sun coming down. Shower is also strong and water is hot enough. Friendly host though doesn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate by signing things.

Set in Stepantsminda, 49 km from Republican Spartak Stadium, Panorama Cottages features accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, a garden and a bar. After hours of driving north on the Russian highway from Tbilisi, it was a relief to arrive at Panorama Cottages. The view from the property is incredible and it would have been great to have stayed for more than one night to enjoy local walks. The property is just off the main road so it was quiet. We had a clean and comfortable room. Safe parking was just outside the gate on a quiet road. A delicious breakfast was prepared by Nino with homemade products. WIFI worked well. Options for meals were within walking distance. It was a great experience.
